First Coast Realty, Inc opened its doors in 2017. Its Broker, Gene Johnson worked happily at one of the areas largest corporate brokerages and built one of the areas most successful real estate teams. He decided to leave corporate real estate and open an office of his own to serve two purposes:

 

1. To gain the flexibility to give his customers the service they deserve. He wanted to be able to treat them as more than just a number.

2. To gain the ability to teach and mentor other agents, both new to the business and experienced agents. While forming his team, Gene discovered his love for mentoring and teaching.
