Libby Johnson brings a 25 year performing arts background to the real estate industry. She specializes in the purchase and sale of luxury properties. Her arts training gave her the discipline and vision to see the endless possibilities in the real estate market. Libby believes real estate is not about property, it is about people and their dreams, desires and goals. “It is very rewarding to assist buyers in getting the home they desire, as well as working and counseling home sellers to a successful sale of their property, enabling them to move on to the next stage of their life”.

 

As a teacher and director of dance and theater, Libby has unique and creative marketing skills, bringing buyers and sellers together. Her attention to detail, listening and negotiating skills and extensive knowledge of the market create a positive experience for her customers. She holds an IMS designation (Integrated Marketing Specialist) and a CREN designation (Certified Real Estate Negotiator).

A resident of St. Augustine since 1988, she enjoys living here, and her and husband Gene have raised two children here. She is active in the St. Johns County School program as a mentor for Take Stock in Children, as well as directing the “Cheers for Peers” program, a children musical theatre troupe, through the St. Augustine Community Theatre. She was artistic director of the St. Augustine Premier Ballet Company and the St. Augustine Nutcracker Ballet for fifteen seasons. Libby is currently a member of the St. Augustine Community Chorus and the EMMA Guild. I invite you to be part of the rich artistic culture that is “St. Augustine”.
