Shalynn Johnson has been a resident of Saint Augustine since 1989.  She grew up here and attended all of her primary education in St. Johns County.  Hard work and dedication were instilled in her from a young age, being a nationally ranked competitive dancer since the age of 6.  Although she has traveled all over the country through her dancing, nowhere ever felt like “home” quite like St. Augustine did.  She was an artistic director of the Academy of Performing Arts for 4 years and trained many St. Johns County children in the performing arts.  She attended Flagler College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2011.  She also returned to her high school alma mater, Pedro Menendez High School and was a 9-12 grade teacher for several years.  Currently she is a full-time history teacher at Buddy Taylor Middle School in Palm Coast.

She began her career in real estate as Team Johnson of Watson Realty Corp's administrative assistant and marketing specialist.  Upon joining real estate she brought the highest level of social media and technological skills to the market.  Shalynn’s vast knowledge and cutting edge systems keep First Coast Realty Inc.’s level of service among the best in the real estate industry.  She now looks forward to continuing as a fully licensed sales agent specializing in residential real estate in the Saint Augustine and Palm Coast Communities.
