According to Forbes magazine, Jacksonville is the #2 city in America that people are moving to.  The magazine cites low unemployment (4.4%) and a low cost of housing as the primary reason people are choosing to move to this area.  When asked "why do you enjoy living in Jacksonville" people cite anything from the nightlife, to the sporting events, to the beaches.
