Serenity Bay Homeowner's Association
Serenity Bay is a deed-restricted community located in St. Augustine, Florida. Our goal is to preserve the community’s appearance, value, and quality of life through consistent and transparent management practices. We work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with governing documents and to support the best interests of all property owners.
Property owners are encouraged to review the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R) for information regarding community standards, architectural requirements, and association policies.
