Shalynn Sims is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine and Northeast Florida, bringing deep local knowledge and a personal commitment to the communities she serves. Licensed in real estate since 2014, Shalynn specializes in community association management, property management, and real estate services, helping HOAs, condominium associations, and individual property owners operate smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining First Coast Realty Management, Shalynn built a strong foundation in leadership and education, serving as a teacher of American History, Civics, English Language Arts, and Social Studies in St. Johns County. She also led as Artistic Director of the Academy of Performing Arts, training and mentoring children throughout the area. These experiences honed her skills in organization, communication, and mentorship—qualities she brings to every community and property she manages.
