Point Matanzas Condominium Association
Point Matanzas Condominiums is a waterfront condominium community located in Crescent Beach, just south of St. Augustine. The community consists of 44 individually owned condominium residences, each offering direct waterfront views and a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
Built in 1973, Point Matanzas features durable concrete construction, tile roofs, and a mix of two-story townhouse and single-level flat floor plans. Each residence offers approximately 1,100 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Our goal is to preserve the beauty, value, and quality of life within the community through consistent and transparent management practices. We work closely with the Board of Directors to support the community’s governing documents, maintain common areas, and serve the best interests of all unit owners.
